Like just about everyone else of any interest, our favorite television actress hated high school. If there are any social lessons I would provide to teenagers now, it’s “be nice to to geek and/or goth,” because they often tend to be more interesting people — and if your interest goes this way, much better-looking later on.

And I concur, looking at the girls I went to school with all those years ago, the “pretty girls” all pretty much had peaked by about 20, and the “non-traditional” ones all are pretty consistantly still fairly hot, and much MUCH more likely to actually be able to hold my interest intellectually.
