Running Summary Week of 10/24

Went to the track today, planned on just a few quick miles. Actually felt pretty good and decided to keep pushing it.
So I ended up running a half-marathon and breaking 2:00:00 for the first time on that distance. (which for my slow ass is screaming quick).
